Original release: the Mini Kelly, or Kelly 20, exists since the 50s with a high demand during the 80s and 90s.

High price: the price for a Mini Kelly on second-hand is extremely high, sometimes 3 or even 4 times higher than retail price.

Sellier or retourné ? Unlike the other sizes, the Mini Kelly II only exists in Sellier (boxy and structured).

Features: the Mini Kelly handle is very small so the bag cannot be worn on the arm, only in hand or crossbody. Unlike the other sizes, the Mini Kelly has no padlock nor "Clochette" like other Kelly bags.

Material tip: when it comes to vintage Hermes, Box leather is often recommended as it is the iconic Hermès leather and is said to have a beautiful patina over the years, like a mirror surface.

Mini Kelly or Mini Kelly II: these two bags are very similar but the original Mini Kelly (vintage) is a little bit taller. Visually it appears more like a square vs the Mini Kelly II that looks more like a rectangle.

Short term investment: as the trend for tiny bags seems to fade, I would recommend to go for a Kelly 25 instead, which is a steady investment.
